Mommy & Me Floral Cake Decorating
Mother’s Day Mommy + Me Flower Cake Decorating
Celebrate Mother’s Day with sweetness, creativity, and time together.
In this special Mommy + Me Cake Decorating Workshop, you and your child will decorate a beautiful 5-inch cake using real, edible flowers and simple decorating techniques. It’s a hands-on, joyful experience designed to be shared, laughed through, and remembered.
Each ticket includes one small 5” cake to decorate together. Tickets are per cake (per craft), not per person, making this the perfect shared activity for a mom and child, grandparent and grandchild, or any special pair.
We’ll guide you step by step, making this workshop beginner-friendly and relaxed. No prior cake decorating experience is needed. All supplies, flowers, and tools are provided, so you can focus on creating and enjoying the moment.

Mocktail Bar (BYOB)
Sip, stroll, and get creative at our Mocktail Bar experience at Blooming Meadows Farm.
In this hands-on class, guests will create three custom mocktails while experimenting with a wide variety of juices, fruits, and mixers. This is a BYOB event, so feel free to bring your favorite spirits if you’d like to turn your mocktails into cocktails, or keep them alcohol-free and refreshing.
You’ll also have the chance to tour the gardens and hand-pick fresh herbs and edible flowers to accent your drinks, adding beautiful color, aroma, and flavor straight from the farm. We’ll offer guidance and inspiration throughout, but this experience is all about experimenting, mixing, and having fun.
Light snacks will be provided, making this the perfect laid-back outing to enjoy with friends, a partner, or as a creative treat for yourself.
All mixers, fruits, herbs, and supplies are included. You’ll leave with new favorite drink combinations, fresh inspiration, and a memorable farm experience.

Cancellation Policy:
We do not offer refunds; all sales are final. The tickets are transferable. We will be happy to hold your supplies to take home and help guide you with any instructions. If Blooming Meadows must cancel for any reason, the event will be rescheduled, or you will be given a full refund. We will only cancel if necessary.

Get ready to say Aloha! and escape to the islands for one unforgettable summer evening at Blooming Meadows Farm.
Set in our blooming flower field, this Aloha Luau Dinner Party is a tropical celebration filled with great food, playful activities, and laid-back island vibes. The night kicks off with guests creating their own colorful leis, the perfect way to get into the spirit before dinner.
Enjoy a delicious island-inspired meal catered by Shanty’s Secrets, known for their mouthwatering coastal cuisine with a flavorful twist. As the sun begins to set, the party really comes alive with classic luau fun. Test your skills with coconut bowling, see how low you can go in a lively limbo competition, and jump into additional outdoor games and surprises sprinkled throughout the evening.
Guests are encouraged to come dressed in their best Hawaiian shirts, grass skirts, florals, or island attire. Whether you’re sipping a fruity drink, laughing with friends, or soaking in the festive atmosphere under the stars, this is a night designed to be relaxed, joyful, and full of summer magic.
This event is open to all ages and perfect for families, friends, couples, or anyone looking for a fun night out on the farm.

Cake Picnic
Cake Picnic in the Flower Field
Cake, flowers, sunshine, and a little friendly competition, this is your official invitation to our Cake Picnic in the Flower Field.
The price of admission is simple: bring a homemade cake to share. From classic favorites to creative showstoppers, all cakes are welcome. Once everyone arrives, cakes will be divided and shared among guests so everyone gets to sample a variety of sweet creations.
We’ll be hosting a lighthearted baking competition with prizes for Best Taste, Prettiest Cake, and Most Unique Cake. Winners will receive free u-pick flowers as a sweet reward for their baking skills.
For everyone’s safety, guests are asked to bring clear labels for their cake along with a list of ingredients, so those with food allergies or sensitivities can make informed choices.
Guests are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chairs, as well as picnic food for their group, and settle in among the blooms. Throughout the day, enjoy lawn games, u-pick flowers, and a craft workshop for those who want to get creative between slices of cake. Additional local vendors may be added to make the day even more festive.
This event is all about sharing, creativity, and enjoying a relaxed afternoon in the flower fields. Come bake, picnic, play, and celebrate summer with us.

Celebrate the shift into fall with an evening of food, fun, and seasonal traditions at Blooming Meadows Farm.
Our September Fest Dinner Party brings guests together in the flower fields for a relaxed, festive night filled with early fall charm. Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared seasonal dinner in a warm, communal setting, perfect for lingering conversations and soaking in the crisp September air.
Before and after dinner, guests are invited to explore and enjoy all the activities happening around the farm. Snap photos in the flower fields, take part in pumpkin painting, or join in the excitement of launching pumpkins across the farm. Both kids and adults will love the candy apple station, a cozy hot apple cider and pretzel station, classic lawn games, and our crowd-favorite Scarecrow Competition. Just bring some old clothes and your creativity.
This is a come-as-you-are kind of evening, designed for families, friends, and anyone who loves good food, fresh air, and a little playful fun. Whether you’re crafting, competing, or relaxing with a warm cider in hand, September Fest is all about celebrating the season together.

Most of our events are ticketed, but some are free and open to the public.
Because space and parking are limited, we recommend reserving your spot or RSVP’ing in advance, even for free events.

Tickets are non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. If they purchase the ticket from us, we’re happy to refund you once the transfer is confirmed.
If you can’t find someone to take your spot, we can hold your project supplies for you to pick up later, especially for events that include materials or crafts.

Whenever possible, we also incorporate outdoor activities and spaces, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the farm alongside your event.

We do our best to plan for weather. Depending on the event, we may adjust the setup, move portions indoors, or communicate any changes ahead of time. Outdoor only events will have a rain date in event description.
