At Blooming Meadows Farm, every experience and product is prepared with intention and care. Because many of our offerings include handmade materials, curated elements, or prepared food, our return policies vary by product type.

No Refunds
All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
This includes:
• Craft classes
• Dinner parties
• Devotional gatherings
• Workshops
• Special eventsTickets cannot be exchanged for a different event.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
Here is how transfers work:
• You are responsible for finding someone to take your spot.
• The new guest must purchase a ticket directly through our website.
• Once the new ticket purchase is confirmed, we will reimburse the original purchaser.This ensures the event remains fully booked and supplies are properly allocated.
Transfers must be completed prior to the event start time.
Events Including Supplies or Food
Because materials and food are prepared specifically for registered guests:
• If you cannot attend and choose not to transfer your ticket, you may arrange to pick up your prepared supplies or food package within 7 days of the event.
No refunds will be issued once supplies have been purchased or food has been ordered.

Due to the curated and seasonal nature of our subscriptions, we do not accept returns on subscription purchases.
All subscription sales are final.
No Returns on Subscriptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Monthly craft kits
• Quarterly gathering kits
• Bloom Circle membership fees
• Bundle subscriptionsThis policy allows us to prepare seasonal materials accurately and reduce waste.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your kit arrives with a missing or damaged item:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide a photo of the issue.We will ship the missing item to you at no additional cost.
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
Subscription Cancellations
• Subscriptions may be canceled before your next billing date.
• Once a subscription has renewed and materials have been prepared or shipped, refunds cannot be issued.Founding Member pricing is forfeited if canceled.

(Individual One-Time Craft Kits Purchased Online, and Tools)
We want you to feel confident purchasing our individual craft kits.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Timeframe
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
• Materials must be unused and unopened.
• Packaging must be intact.
• All contents must be included.Used, opened, or partially completed kits are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return:
Email us at [your email].
Include your order number.
State the reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Your Bloom Circle membership includes one class credit per month.
Rollover Policy
If you do not select a class during the month, your unused credit will roll over.
Rollover applies only when a class has not yet been booked.
Once a Class Is Selected
Once you register for a specific class date, your credit is applied to that event and treated similarly to a ticketed event.
If you cannot attend:
• You may send someone in your place.
• OR another guest may purchase the seat directly. Once the new purchase is confirmed, you will receive a code to register for a future class.
• If supplies were prepared, you may arrange to pick them up within 7 days.Credits do not automatically roll over once a class has been selected.
Because materials are purchased and prepared based on attendance, refunds are not issued for booked classes.

Blooming Meadows Farm is honored to host your special gatherings. Because rental dates reserve our space exclusively for you, we have the following policy in place.
Deposits
• All rental deposits are non-refundable.
• Your date is not secured until the deposit is received.
• Deposits are applied toward your total rental balance.Deposits compensate for reserving the space and turning away other bookings for that date.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your event:
• Cancellations made 60+ days prior to your event may transfer the deposit to a future available date within 6 months.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of the event date forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.Because we reserve staffing, preparation time, and scheduling based on your booking, late cancellations result in lost availability.
Rescheduling
• One reschedule may be permitted based on availability.
• New dates must be selected within 6 months of the original event date.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 60 days prior to the event.Rescheduled events are subject to updated pricing if rates have increased.
Final Payments
• Final balances are due by the date stated in your rental agreement.
• Payments made toward the final balance are non-refundable within 30 days of the event.Damages
The renter is responsible for any damages to the property, furnishings, or equipment caused during the rental period.
A cleaning or damage fee may be assessed if necessary.
Weather Policy (If Applicable to Outdoor Events)
For outdoor events:
• Weather-related concerns will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
• If Blooming Meadows must cancel due to unsafe conditions, a reschedule will be offered.Weather alone does not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund.
