Pre-Order & Shipping Timeline
To receive your kits on time, orders must follow this schedule:
Order Deadline: The 1st of each month
Shipping Window: Second week of that month
Delivery Goal: Arrives by the 1st of the following month
Quarterly gathering kits follow the same structure within their seasonal release month.

Order by April 1
Ships the second week of April
Arrives before May 1
If the pre-order deadline is missed, enrollment closes until the next cycle.
