Flowers to pick. Paths to wander. Quiet places to pause.
Blooming Meadows is more than a place to come for an event. During the growing season, you're invited to experience the farm itself—wander among the flowers, gather a bouquet, explore the sunflower maze, visit the Prayer Garden, or capture memories surrounded by what's blooming.
Visits are by reservation only. Choose your experience below to plan your time at the farm.

U - P I C K Something Beautiful
There is something different about walking through a flower field and choosing the blooms yourself.
Our U-Pick is a relaxed, self-serve experience that lets you wander the rows, follow whatever catches your eye, and create a bouquet that is completely your own.
Throughout the growing season, the fields are constantly changing—from early-season favorites and fragrant herbs to summer blooms, rows of hydrangeas, and the rich colors of late-season dahlias.
Come back throughout the season, and you may discover something completely different each time.
1. Reserve Your Visit
Choose your U-Pick time before coming to the farm. All farm visits require a reservation, even though U-Pick itself is self-serve.
2. Wander & Pick
Grab your bucket and snips and head into the designated U-Pick rows. Take your time, explore what's blooming, and fill your bucket with as many flowers as comfortably fit inside.
3. Arrange & Take Them Home
Return your bucket and snips, arrange your flowers at our bouquet tables, and wrap your bouquet in brown kraft paper for the trip home.

Our Sunflower Maze isn't planted to bloom just once. It's planted in two phases, allowing the colors—and the experience—to change as summer slowly gives way to fall.
Summer begins softly. Wander through butter yellows, creamy whites, fresh greens, and unexpected touches of purple for a lighter, more whimsical take on the traditional sunflower field.
Then fall takes over. The second planting brings deeper shades of burnt orange, red, warm brown, and rich golden yellow, transforming the same maze into an entirely different experience.
Follow the winding paths, stop for photos along the way, and eventually discover the open space tucked into the center.
Come in summer. Come back in fall. It won't look quite the same twice.
Want to Pick While You're Here?
Some of our specialty sunflower varieties are grown especially for cutting within the maze.
Add a U-Pick bucket to your Sunflower Maze reservation and gather specialty sunflowers as you explore. A U-Pick bucket is required to cut flowers from the maze.

Your Memories, Surrounded by Flowers
Blooming Meadows offers an ever-changing natural backdrop for the moments you want to remember.
Throughout the growing season, capture sessions among flower fields, hydrangea rows, the Sunflower Maze, gardens, and rolling Pennsylvania countryside.
Family portraits, seniors, maternity, engagements, branding—or simply a season of life worth remembering—each looks a little different depending on what's blooming.
Your Time. Your Session.
Photography sessions are reserved so you have dedicated time to explore the farm without another scheduled photography session competing for the same spaces.
Spring, summer, and fall each bring their own flowers, colors, textures, and light—and golden hour over the countryside is something special.
Blooming Meadows provides the location; guests bring their own photographer. Photography is by reservation only and subject to weather and seasonal conditions.

Bring the Kids to the Farm
Blooming Meadows welcomes school groups, homeschool groups, church groups, camps, and other children's groups for private field trips filled with hands-on fun.
Depending on the season and the experience you choose, kids might make a craft, try a fun farm-inspired science experiment, pick their own flowers, explore the Sunflower Maze, cool off in the sprinkler, and enjoy time outdoors together.
Our field trips aren't about sitting still and listening to a long lesson. They're designed for kids to create, experiment, explore, get a little messy, and have fun on the farm.
