Day of the Dead Dried Floral Skull Workshop

Create a meaningful and visually striking piece inspired by Día de los Muertos in this hands-on dried floral workshop at Blooming Meadows Farm.

In this guided class, guests will begin by transforming a faux skull using plaster, learning how to coat and texture the surface to give it an authentic, aged appearance. This step creates a beautiful foundation and adds depth and character to the finished piece.

Once the skull has set, you’ll design a dried flower arrangement using rich colors, textures, and traditional styling inspired by Day of the Dead celebrations. We’ll guide you through placement, balance, and design techniques so your arrangement feels intentional and expressive, while still allowing room for personal creativity.

This workshop is beginner-friendly and thoughtfully paced, with step-by-step instruction throughout. All materials are provided, including the skull, plaster, dried flowers, and tools.

You’ll leave with a completed dried floral skull arrangement that honors tradition, celebrates life, and makes a powerful seasonal display.

The tickets are transferable.  We will be happy to hold your supplies to take home and help guide you with any instructions.  If Blooming Meadows must cancel for any reason, the event will be rescheduled, or you will be given a full refund.  We will only cancel if necessary.
