Life Happens, Your Credits Roll Over
We understand that schedules change.
If you do not register for a class during your billing cycle, your unused credit rolls over.
That means you do not have to feel pressured to book if life gets busy.
Important to Know
Rollover applies only when a class has not yet been booked.
Once you register for a specific class date, your credit is applied to that event and treated like a ticketed class.
If you cannot attend after booking:
you may send someone in your place
or another guest may purchase the seat directly, and once that purchase is confirmed, you will receive a code to register for a future class
if supplies were prepared, you may arrange to pick them up within 7 days
Because materials are purchased and prepared based on attendance, refunds are not issued for booked classes.
